On June 21, 2021, The City of Cuyahoga Falls allowed the Keyser-Swain Farmhouse to be inspected by a team of professional restoration specialists. Those specialists were:

  • Ken Bowman - National Parks Service Historic Preservation Carpenter

  • Larry Brichacek, Owner, Homeland Building and Design

  • Timothy Franklin- Architect, Designer, Builder and Owner of Franklin & Associates Design-Build Contractors

  • Joe Tokarsky- The Western Reserve Preservation Company, LLC

After the inspection was completed, they all met to discuss their findings and, in their expert opinions, they determined the farmhouse was 100% salvageable and well worth restoring.
